Marvellous central location, close to many good restaurants and cafes, the city center, and the beach. Trendy, stylish room with its own bathroom, hairdryer, walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

This place is in a great spot, situated in a calm area that's not too far from a small baseball field. ⚾ It's just the right balance of peaceful and convenient.

Everything was really good, it had good wifi, nothing too much trouble. Staff were affable, room was spotless and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, at a short distance from Dolmenweb Renaissance Square. What's more, it was not far from restaurants and the park and the sea...

It was an incredibly beautiful hotel, we appreciated it. The location was nice, and we could reach an art museum by walking.

Great location with everything just a short walk away - restaurants, town, garden, beach, and old town. 🌴 Also, just 2 miles from Olivo at Mission Hills.

I was traveling to Parnu for short stay. The staff was attentive and helpful the entire time. I got spotless and reasonably large room with a balcony. Location: the hotel was close enough to the sea and old town and the park and the sea and a quiet neighbourhood. The total experience was great, I recommend.

Had a regular apartment here and it was nicely decorated with a balcony 🌿. the rate was $35. the location of this place is amazing, surrounded by greenery 🌳.

We had a great one-night stay at Austri Villa. The room was cozy with a nice atmosphere, and the location was convenient. The apartment was spacious with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, even accommodating our early arrival. The cleanliness was perfect, and there was ample private parking. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Austri Villa in Pärnu. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the apartment exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was clean, cozy, stylish, and comfortable. the hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She even provided washing powder when we needed it and allowed us to check out late. it was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Austri Villa.

I always stay here because it's the best. Staff helped me find places to eat. Has Wi-Fi, Free parking, Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle. Coming back for New Year. I have everything I need.

The room was nicely decorated and had its own terrace and shower🙂. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the city center.
